    there should be a Royal commission into racing Australia wide

    AND

    An amnesty period for all participants who cannot survive in a clean racing environment time to leave the industry.

    The days of colourful racing identities is OVER!!

    OTHERWISE

    The industry will go the way of greyhounds and trots.
