I dont think it will be a new cap raise, the CTMOB's expire in August and that will pump another 6mill into the company if they are all converted (lets say 4 mill once you take admin costs ect into it.) thats enough for another couple of years of running and some a decent chunk of drilling.
The delay in the licencing from last year (and any in the future) would have had the directors biting their nails as there is not a whole lot of time to get the share price up. they will be wanting outstanding news from the first couple of holes.
With good news i would expect another oppie issue for 2020-2021 announced fairly close to the expiry of the CTMOB's
