I don't see why syr can't increase inventory instead of selling everything it produces. It should really be a balancing act, only sell the minimum needed to stay cashflow positive and keep increasing inventory.

250kt target for this year is probably around where it needs to be to stay slightly cashflow positive. 
i wouldn't expect them to keep settling down inventory in the current market. 

also I agree that this is the possible worst time to be selling syr shares. I believe from this point onwards the numbers are only going to get better as cost comes down and graphite prices increase.
