In my opinion (and this is why I bought) this will do just fine. Maybe a minor sell off of ALL banks from scared mum and dad investors but it will recover quickly.



In FY18 LVR rates over 85% (less  secure loans) were only representing of 19.5% of total loan book. I feel VERY comfortable with these values. The big boys who lend money to just about anyone (myself included - I was offered a loan of up to 450k on a 60k a year salary... I'm no dummy). A large majority of loans under 80% LVR. Safe.
