Seen a few comments on that PC, but after thinking about it, I don't see the point. I expect they can easily setup an efgfective date, and Buru costs could already be accounted for separately. There's no reason to delay as Buru represents only a very small portion of the AWE side of the transaction, so negative results would have no impact. i.e. results would only favour the ARQ side if any
