Spot on Rhino. G1A’s Abra is a very sourght after project, that could be seen by the amount of tenders and indirectly by the amount of different institutionals backing us. This is almost certainly not a CR from market (if it is then poor choice of TH request words) and as you say is probably a strategically aligned investment or something along those lines. 

IF they have reliably sourced all or the majority of funding then we may seriously have some major capital inflows trying to get a piece of G1A in the near term.
