Then i guarantee you a cascade effect will occur... they will come in droves to sign an offtake agreement.. finance will be significantly easier to facilitate... a plant will be built etc. All these milestones will derisk MLS then watchout BOOM! Currently its only retail buying or selling but wait once the big boys arrive. The 0.4c to 0.7c wall will be wiped out in a heartbeat.
