It's a good foot in the door for a speccy. Its only 1.5% of their total tenement (proven and unproven). Lots of room to negotiate new deals and I suspect it eases the financiers concerns about tracking offtake interest in Mauritania. Im surprised the Chinese werent the first in the door.
