So what does everyone make of this comment.

"Talico has the right to purchase back intellectual property which it has assigned toTV2U in certain circumstances for a nominal amount (including where TV2U fails topay any fees which it has agreed to pay to Talico, fails to use its reasonableendeavours to commercialise certain technology or becomes insolvent). "

Is NF really putty all his eggs in one basket, when or if TV2 goes belly up he can buy it back it for a nominal amount.
