I don't think a merger will hurt tls,i believe the market believes a merged tpg/voda more of a threat to tls.
I believe a stand alone tpg is more of a threat due to accc.
The merger will happen and i'm guessing the market is starting to see that,tls sp will be interesting to see how it stands up as accc planned a merger announcement/decision
in march.
