Hardly full circle. Still invested and confident of the future but being realistic about the requirement for a placement. Despite all best intentions of an MD to minimise dilution, often it is out of one's control and it needs to be done. This is clearly the case here despite Schwann stating officially and unofficially that he doesn't want a placement at these prices.
