Everybody seems to be getting their pay cheques but the shareholders.
Hoping it is not the case, but what happens if Family Insights does not hit the commercial mark - I wonder who created this concept - I assume the Board of Jon and Sean and now Mr Walker.
Do they have any alternative plans for the app, is there another way.
I just cannot see the purpose of having a global roll out if the existing Australian test market is not taking out subscriptions.
Its only benchmark of success is subscribers. If you do not have any, it may be the greatest concept in the world, but no revenue means it could be a commercial dud.
It has to demonstrate by numbers that people are subscribing!
Plus imo the VPN is attacking a different market to Family Insights - how do you setup a marketing program within the Family Insights website. It does not make sense. Similarly Frugal.
To me it seems like they have put all the eggs in one basket with Family Insights. Banking on it being successful.
I hope they are right, because if not the alternative is not good.
