Azure doesn’t have funds to develop Oposura let alone Alacran

ASX is littered with companies sitting on economic resources that dilute the share register to oblivion to finance development

Much has been said about the LT (10 year) destruction of AZS’ shareprice. But the market cap has remained relatively stable during this time

Simply put - Azure raises are always non accretive. The value of each share becomes worth less & less every time new shares are dumped on the register

You pay for the privilege of owning these shares. In practice, new shares are not created out of thin air, but rather by clipping off pieces of yours

For the past 10 years it’s been a process of Chinese water torture as value gradually trickles away. But the mine capex will bring the Tsunami. Oh yes.

It won’t be current shareholders that make money on this stock imo. It will be the next generation. Or perhaps the generation after that.

The loot will belong to those who swoop in on the gruesome aftermath of the dilution and buy cheap
