You have done no research on PUR and Vanadium at all. What really counts for Vanadium is the concentrate grade, not the whole rock grade.
Go and listen to the boardroom radio interview with the managing director on ASX announcement on 21/12/2018 to help yourself understand this business better because this sp has a huge room to run in days and weeks ahead. By peer comparison, I expect we will see market cap PUR in excess of $30mil in weeks/months ahead.
