Could be Teoh's way of forcing ACCC hands, "Look, we need to merge in order to provide a mobile network, without merging, we are stuffed as we can't rely on cheapo Huawei equipment anymore. So stuff this, we not going to roll out a mobile network till ACCC gives an approval." I wonder what TPG going to do if the merger din get the nod from ACCC?
