I hope you are right......but they do not 'currently' have enough cash at hand to cover outgoings without this revenue.
If no Capital Raising because the revenue arrives, I would expect a Share Price Reconstruction. Too many shares on issue. It would be e better time to do this if revenue starts coming in compared to when they did it last time which only served to decrease share holder worth.
