China IF market will expand 21%, page-69

I went past late Dec, a few workers and cars. Then a week later lots more workers and movement, looked like they were adding new furniture in the offices. Defnitially producting IF,  Just wasn't as much movement you'd expect if a facility was supplying the whole county with IF as in trucks being loaded etc. This was just my opinion. So I thought must be several supply channels still. So thinking there isn't a supply issue ATM, just getting ready to switch.
