No argument from me, and I value your view as your comments have helped shape my opinion. The lack of transparency you allude to does not make my investment decision any easier, despite how cheap the share price appears.
The project appears to me to be where KGD was when the takeover was concieved:
-in need of company finance,
-in need of project finance,
-without cornerstone investor support, and -approaching project default clauses.b
