That would be what generally happens if somebody steals $25m, but I haven't seen any evidence of this, just a general pessimism or distrust towards Chinese companies.
Mejority are the ones who would know whether there's anything to worry about, and they'd be the ones in a position to do something about it.
If Mejority don't know what's in the bank account, then how can we?! I'm guessing they do.
