Lock in Venezuela and have a regular oil supply close to home.
Set Saudi Arabia loose and let the wolves fight over her.  Without American arms and protection there will be football stadium full of countries wanting to get a piece of Saudi.  Will be wonderful to watch - the end of The House of Saud and the end of Saudi funding of terrorism.
