    Though I've just read the report myself, and that US$742/t is CFR, not FOB.

    FOB pricing will be less than CFR, especially when you include a differential for shipping from Esperance as compared to Port Hedland.

    A40 likely to be getting prices closer to US$700/t than US$750 in that case, assuming similar grades and pricing mechanisms.
