The 2m is a fake offer, way off SP action, it is very clear the major holders don't want pesky retail holders involved too much. I loaded up at ~23c.
Taurus is a hedge fund backed by Macquarie and a Canadian hedgy, they are playing hedge fund games. Be assured hedge funds would not be involved if the resource was average, the funding package is wide open, there is nothing (public) to poison the waters for a takeover offer.
The WAF land holdings and gold resource is very strategic in terms of developing all surrounding deposits, the hedgies know this all too well. B2 wants it bad and will get it at some point probably later this year I suspect.
