When you have 5 directorships (JB) you are getting a tidy salary.... he would be on $500k+ pre share entitlements.
@HAC30 as you clearly understand (but seem to be trying to get others to admit
) the primary reason for the cleansing prospectus was not for the shares to be issued to MGI as it would have needed to be issued at this stage even if only one of those 3 issues were taking place.
I do find it funny how 5% of the company being gifted to management and key personnel can been deemed unimportant by some.
Will be interesting to see if JB takes control of the shares he is receiving or if he utilizes a nominee as he has in other instances and then not had to declare when they are sold.
