"Under the terms of the non-binding MOU the Parties will work together to formalize a Manufacturing and Distribution Licence as soon as possible with the expectation that this is completed and signed within 60 days of the MOU being signed."
Expectations should be that we have an announcement very soon regarding the execution of this 5 year licence & manufacturing agreement with Glass Partners in South Africa.
60 days is 1st February.
