Hi Yellowbunny. Reading some of the history around acid leaching in the USA gives some good context for PEN and makes interesting reading. Sounds like we should expect an environmental fight from adjacent landowners and who knows where that will end up in today's political correctness, with or without Trump. Now I know that there are multiple trials of acid leaching in that part of the world, and so this shows a shift in thinking by the uranium producers in the US.
The history outlined in the article makes some of the gainsayers who have posted about stupid PEN management look ignorant and stupid themselves because there seem to be very good reasons why engineering consultants would opt for alkaline leaching in that jurisdiction.
Nevertheless, the article increases the risk in my mind against the PEN trials being approved unless there are new processes for treating the effluent that will stymie objections by environmentalists.Perhaps the Lance geochemistry is different enough to avoid some of the concerns fom previous trials by other companies but I see that as a long shot.
Notwithstanding the above comments, I note that you have referred us to a publically funded organisation that has a bias towards environment protectionism, which is popular in Wyoming, and so I have to question whether or not you are a sympathizer and not a real PEN investor?
