Hello Zabbro, breaking the upper resistance line wont necessarily mean it will make a decisive and quick move up. Breaking it just means it is taking the right step and interested in moving higher, unlike on 11 December, where it was rejected and moved down.

But according to my theory and the shapes as shown, I don't think the price will get seriously rejected this time. I feel we might get some soft hesitation and maybe a pullback back down to $2.93 tomorrow, but eventually slowly edge past the line and slowly reach $3.15.

The shape we are looking at is good. If you look back, we are in April 2011. That is where I am getting my theory from. This is the same shape that formed back then between 18 February 2011 and 21 April 2011. Eventually we clear the mess of the past 3.5 years and be on our way up to $3.15 and then more with time. Slow and steady. With some pullbacks along the way, but generally, the worst is behind us.

If I am right, now is the time to go heavy and hold for 2-3 years. In other words, rotate from property to TLS or put all your spare cash in now.
