Ok Folks,
Aussie Bryan from HDY kindly e-mailed me the steps to amalgamate share holders interests.
The part I am unsure of is whether for example a nominee company would need to be formed to class us "all" as a one holder, and therefore maybe hold enough clout to vote yes/no for various resolution and proposals moving forward, assuming of course the company trades again. Others with more knowledge might be able to comment further.
What are peoples thoughts on this course of action ?
Is VIC's situation "better" for want of another word
than HDY's ?
We are, as we know tied to the apron strings of HDY, if the proposed remedial action by Clee and Elingford is accepted by the ASX then presumably we start trading again as well......
Its pretty simple for me, if it improves our situation markedly it's worth doing...if it is of little or no benefit then it's not worth wasting our time that's simply a fact.
Secondly would you want to accept the responsibilities of being a director with this mob ? You would definitely would not want to be signing any directors guarantee agreement, serious implications personally, and you could possibly finish up liable for debts that are far greater in value than many of us have invested with this rabble.
As usual the Activities report indicates a course of action that if they actually follow it, it may garner interest and heaven forbid expose some in ground value....if we could in fact trade
The ONLY shining light I see is that Clee and Elingford might have had the wind put up them and actually HAVE to do SOMETHING for the benefit of the company (rather than themselves) to appease the ASX, inadvertently there MAY be a slim albeit a very small chance we could benefit from them having to save their own hides....who knows.

Create a new email address with gmail, hotmail whatever just for emails regarding the group.
- Create an online form for people to submit their deatils. First Name, Surname, Email, Address, Contact number, Share or Option holdings. This is needed in case you need to submit the relevent forms and if you need to contact people. Tried a few, eventually used https://forms.office.com
- Join a bulk email system online so that you can bulk email people. I tried it with Gmail but found some were not getting through. https://sendpulse.com/
- I used Skype but found it not the best for monitoring. We have been trialling telegram and found it very secure and easy to monitor as an admin. https://telegram.org/
