The Koodaideri Mine Plant Bulk Earthworks work package had a Forecast Award Date of January 2019, so it is neither early nor late. The remaining work packages that I think suit NWH are:

I expected to see a work package that covered building the 170km railway line, but I did not, although the preamble mentions via dot points: • Bridges; • Access roads; • 170km of new railway including rail sidings and junctions; and • Level crossings. Supplying sleepers and ballast and rail communication systems are listed as work packages. Maybe I missed something, or that railway work was intended to be procured via a limited tender that was not published as a public document. My post 36986801 on 31/12/2018 listed the work packages.
