I think a lot of people who believe in TMT sold out in December due to overall market sentiment, V price fears, and capital preservation reasons but now since the V price has stabilised and confidence starting to rebuild I dare say there will be a lot of people who will want back in on the right announcement won't be easy to accumulate there old holdings without sending this pretty far north..
