    ooof, nevermind it was 60 mil performance rights not just the 6 mil each.

    So a nice $440k bonus (each)... be good if shareholders now see some of this benefit.

    Edit: clearly i need to learn to read. 

    24 mil to directors.

    36 mil to key management personnel (who is this??)
