I’m not getting paid by any side either.
I am suspicious of parties like GERD who come out with all these conflicting statements trying to take over the company at a rock bottom price.
To have any credibility in their arguments against current board GERD need to come out and flat out deny they suggested Magnus’ son should go on the board, alternatively they should clearly outline the credentials that qualify him for it more than the current directors.
