any of those parties could just make a cash/share/royalty offer for an individual project just like SFR did with TLM... rather than buy the whole company. if SN is the main game then PEX would be wise to monetise MB with CBH and use the cash to substantially increase the value of SN, the "ring" and other opportunities lest they get picked off for low value.
