    ))that's right SteveSage and hopefully once they pass these new requirements then the mine can commence and we can go looking for a shovel producer and the rest will follow. Till then all us potential miners (and there are a few) are hamstrung over there with those ridiculous laws.


    fortunately though we have these other options - which seem to  opaque to you.
