I sympathise with you in relation to the immense value destruction that has occurred over that time.That this took place under so-called 'management' (I use the word loosely) in the noughties and early-mid teens is NOT the fault of the current management team. In my opinion, this company has at least been saved from death by exiting Europe, resolving the PXUPA issue and then slowly working through and fixing up what was left. This has happened over the past 2 or 3 years and recognition of this turnaround by the various people in management over that time should be acknowledged. With respect, I feel you need to base a yes or no vote decision on where we are now and our prospects going forward from here, as opposed to basing it on where/what the company was 19 years ago.
