i look at the comms and they worded it very well. They so
specified winter to start drilling. thats anytime between now and end of march. look the upside is that they have the money there for drilling.
id be pissed if they announce anything to donwith mandini right now.
i bought some msloa on the presumption drilling would commence and theyd have their maiden jorc in H1 this year.
i think that is still achievable but it comes down to the permit which once approved will be no doubt followed by an ann.
