This is amazing how BAL is being bought/stolen from supermarkets in Australia and taken (whatever method)  to China with NO CNCA registration.

China also requires additional registrations with their government:Manufacturers must be registered as an approved dairy establishment with the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People’s Republic of China (CNCA).For general dairy products we will register you on behalf of China. For infant formula products CNCA will complete an audit of your manufacturing facility prior to approval and listing. All Australian export registered dairy establishments must also be listed by China in accordance with:China's Provisions on the Administration of the Registration of Foreign Manufacturers of Imported Foodsthe Administrative Measure on Inspection, Quarantine and Supervision of Imports and Exports of Dairy products. We will provide notification to CNCA of all new establishments to be included in this list.Exporters and manufacturers must also register their company details through the Chinese government’s e-platform.
History would suggest that dairy manufacturers can expect delays of up to 12 months for general dairy listing and possibly up to 2 years for infant formula. Despite ongoing discussions and in country representation, we have not been successful in reducing this delay.

All exports of Australian dairy products over 10kg require an export permit and health certificate. The department does not regulate the mailing of small quantities of infant formula to China, or the re-export of foreign-made baby formula, such as A2.It comes as Senator Hanson upped the ante in the election battle against Clive Palmer’s United Australia Party, vowing One Nation would preference the UAP last at the election.
