Yes agree with that Berger, they clearly have no idea what
ramp up, commissioning and optimisation means or the time
involved.

And no Zacanzaz  production costs don't equal development
costs.

It is still in the development stage hence development costs.

When the plant is in steady state production it is production.

Thats the problem with HC, critics bagging management
at every opportunity when they have no idea of the process, 
timing or the outcome. Let's see where this is in 6 months,
the production and costs before we right off NCZ.
