Its almost been 3 months since the ATO investigation commenced into Kibaran's $2.8M of R&D claims with complete silence from management on the matter. If this money is required to be repaid it will certainly create a difficult situation as a CR might be required to cover it. 

What is going on in the KNL office? Are they still on holidays? Shareholders clearly want updates which management are ignoring. 

There is almost no buying interest with 12 buyers for 182,363 units. Holders can't get out even if they wanted to the liquidity is so poor.

Hopefully something happens soon which turns the ship around. Brad Broyle is available now after his stint at ADV. Maybe bring him on board to pump up the share price?
