This is a stupid move as the IVF operations are critical to the Montserrat acquisition and all synergy would be lost. Also the Chinese are after IVF operations, it is directors defending their own jobs. They should be getting rid of stuff like Dental and Medical Centres and focus on IVF, Radiology, Pathology and Surgery. Why waste $150m of shareholders funds on Montserrat when you are going to throw the baby when you should be throwing the bath water.
