There was plenty of time to add extra shares at the same price or lower that the placement price.
Doing a SPP for retail share holders to participate destroy's a share register.
Ive seen it time and time again.
Private placements, institutions and corner stone investors are the key ingredients to keeping the share register clean, and tight and moving in the right direction.
