TMT will be first to a DFS, extent its mine life and surely by now in offtake negotiations as they were listed on the timeline taking place and finishing end of jan 2019 I seem to recall.
China has no V and prices are rising on thin volume in Chinese markets and according to Asian metal.com I haven’t seen many buy orders appearing like in other metals markets.
Iron ore is on a tear at the moment so V should follow suit. Especially 58fe which needs V for strength and processing over higher grade ores.
2019 will be a success but the real ramp is after China’s new year in feb 2019.
Chinese economy is apparently slowing but they will release the floodgates with more stimulus.
