Dunno my dear Parma but if the sabinic ‘oof point’ (relating to the power of impact of a trading halt on a single emotionally invested body) is anything to go by I agree with you and Simon .
(I just had a huge sleep-rather-than-nap and I hadn’t even realised I was tired !)

The fact is NRW has been in official ECI with Rio SEVEN months ...plus all that time before it was announced.....(lomgervthan some contracts !)
And who are the competitors?

RCR is gone .

DOWNER - they just got a big Rio contract continuing the rail services for up to ten years ...I will post it on the other thread...

Monadelphous - that ‘Looking Over the Fence’ story I posted recently notes they are in the running but “Nothing is a given of course. Plenty of players are vying for the key construction contracts on these projects.”
......(As an aside that story also notes Monadelphous downgraded H1 forecast revenue to around $786.6 M -10% less than H1 2018)

.... as Pioupiou says this trading halt may have nothing to do with Rio .....there is also the ECI for Fitzroy Australia and so much more in the pipeline.
