LOIs, MTAs, CAs - all fine and surely better than no-one interested at all. But these kind of agreements do not mean money coming in - at least not in the short run. This may be the problem?
We will never know which party of the agreements signed asked for non-disclosure of the partner`s name... I hate the obscurity and do not believe it is necessary. It only was if ADO had the absolute wonder glue that would pull a battery maker lightyears ahead of which other should not know before a product is out. But if this was the case that confidentiality - and in a form exclusivity then - should be paid for!
