Yes the bore will need to be cased as it goes down. This process will take 4 weeks IMHO provided nothing goes wrong. Its a 400 meter hole.
RLC in Nevada drilled 1000 meters with Diamond Drill ( took approx 5-6 weeks). I talked with the geologist then why we used the more expensive option. His words in layman terms were, the further you drill down with RC the greater the pressure build up. With Diamond drilling this is not the case and structural integrity of the bore will be there while we case it.
If you want to look at a company where RC drilling was used and failed miserably check out CAD.
(Note not cross promoting just giving comparisins to drilling).
