The only time the SP matters is when you buy and when you sell. What happens in between is noise.
If you want to sell today you'll get ~13 cents or less.
If you've done your homework and want to wait a while longer to see what happens when they've got a mining permit (soon), proper high grade drilling assay results (soon), a massive high grade JORC, a mining operation, etc. you can sell for a fair bit more than 13 cents.
