Well, for a start, MC is a fairly large shareholder. Is he dumping? I'm sure he'll look after himself, and on a per share basis his shares are worth exactly the same as yours, there is no difference.
Only, he likely has more shares than you.
If MC looks after himself, then we all will be looked after.
Personally, I'm considering this a good buying opportunity.
