Observation.
Mr Walker is Chairman of CICERO GROUP
Mr James Robinson is the Managing Director of CICERO GROUP.
Wangle/Family Insights/is renting an office from the CICERO GROUP within their Subiaco premises. (have Wangle/Family Insights moved to Brisbane – would appear not)

Mr Robinson was a Non Executive Director and resigned on 9^th July 2018 Mr Robinson received an additional one-off discretionary bonus in February 2016 for additional services provided in the fiscal year ending 30 June 2016, in relation to the acquisition of NexGen Networks Limited.
Mr Walker was appointed as a Corporate Director on 9^th July 2018 at a fee of $10,000 per month
Mr Walkers company the CICERO GROUP also provides the following

The Company entered into a mandate with Cicero Corporate Services Pty Ltd (CCS), a company related to Messrs Robinson and Walker for corporate administration services including financial reporting, company secretarial services, rent and administrative operations. CCS provided services to the amount of $122,882

Mr Walkers CICERO has had a strong connection with Wangle/Family Insights for some time. They have been leasing an office in their building, have had Mr Robinson and now Mr Walker on the Board. Mr Walker and his company appear to be paid in the vicinity of $242,882 per year from Family Insights

It would seem that the company has strong association with the CICERO GROUP.

Also Loren King is a Director of CICERO and the Company Sec for Family Insights, I wonder who actually controls the fortunes of Family Insights
