The gigafactory will work as part of Modi's Made In India initiative in the upcoming election this Apr/May. The government press release means it will be a done deal shortly. Just imagine when a local car manufacturer like Tata stumps up billions along with BHEL as Frank Poullas threw out hints in the ann.
