The recent update give us some ideas about Poland.
Unfortunately, its Ministry of Environment (MoE) has acted illegally and failed to correctly implement Poland’s own mining laws.
Fortunately, its Supreme Administrative Court upheld the law, obliged the MoE to approve PDZ's application regarding the deposit at the Jan Karski Mine.
For Debiensko, again, MoE's decision has breached Polish administrative law. PDZ will need to take the issue to Poland's court. By the end, common sense will prevail, hopefully.
