it is very interestingly worded - its a spot contract (i.e not part of the long term contract) but sold to an existing long term partner. My guess is Nyrstar who have smelters in Europe and also In Tasmania. The smelter in Tasmania used to take a lot of Century zinc concentrate historically from what I have heard so not at all clear why they are not taking it now. So IMO there is likely another reason why Nyrstar wants this material to go to Europe when Nyrstar have a smelter in Tasmania.
Like most things in the commodities world (especially when shipping from Aus) China/Asia is the benchmark given most volumes go there. So if a large portion of produced volume to date is going to the other side of the world it needs further clarification.
